Switch between different speakers

On Debian with i3 window manager when plugging in an other monitor the audio can switch to the speakers of this monitor.

To control what speaker is used to output audio the program pavucontrol can be used. Go to configuration and select the audio device in the drop down. “Analog Stereo Output” is the default computer speakers.
